Tip Explanation
Protecting Electronic Devices It's always better to keep magnets away from the electronic devices that use a hard drive as they may cause damage to these devices.
Example: Desktop PC, Notebook PC, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, mp3 player using hard drive must be kept away from magnets.
ElectronictDevices through Airport X-ray Before you take your digital camera, cell phone or MP3 player through the airport X-ray machine, you must read the user manual of those devices to make sure that they are not affected by X-rays.
Getting Maximum Power form Cell Phone's Battery If you want to get maximum power from the cell phone's battery,
(a) Minimize taking pictures, playing games, browsing through cell phone.

(b) Switch off the cell phone when you are in out of coverage area.
(c) Minimize the use of backlight.
Protect MP3 players against heat and cold MP3 players should not be exposed to more heat or cold. As the batteries inside the players are of easily burning nature they should be carefully protected against heat particularly.
Cleaning DVD/CD Always the DVDs or CDs should be cleaned starting from the center towards outside but not along the tracks.
Bluetooth in Mobile It is better to to switch the bluetooth capability of your mobile phone into invisible mode when you are not using bluetooth. This will prevent unauthorized access of your mobile from other bluetooth enabled devices.
Saving power in Laptop It is better to reduce the brightness of LCD panel in the laptop to as minimum as with which we are comfortable. This will save more power.
