By connecting our TV to the computer,
we can store our favorite shows for viewing later. Also if we cannot afford to buy
an expensive large screen flat panel TV, we can just buy a large flat panel computer
screen and connect our TV to this computer screen.
A TV tuner which is used for
selecting the TV frequencies in order to change channels is used for connecting
TV to computer. We can install a TV tuner PCI card in the motherboard PCI slot.
Also we can use a USB video capture adapter (costs around $50 to $60) for capturing
video of S-Video output; DVD players etc and store them on our computers.
