Overview of Oracle Certifications

Oracle offers many certifications from associate level to the master level. Oracle Certification Program has the following five Categories:

Oracle Certified Associate: OCA is designed for individuals starting to work with Oracle. It tests on fundamental skills that ensures a good foundation to support Oracle products.

 Oracle Certified Professional: OCP proves the technical expertise needed for managing, developing enterprise-wide databases, middleware or application. Being certified as OCP, one gets the ability to manage a large scale Oracle database in a company.
Oracle Certified Master:  Individuals who successfully achieved this certification has the ultimate advanced level of skills and can solve complex problems.
Oracle Special Accreditation: This certification tests the proficiency in advanced areas related to specific technology skill sets.

Oracle Certified Expert Program: Tests ability in specific technologies, architectures or domains that are not currently covered in the path-based OCA and OCP certifications.
