The second
step is how much we can afford to pay for our computer. We have to remember the
fact that we are buying the computer for us.
So we have to select the one that fits
our needs rather than just buying the latest configuration and much expensive system.
But it is better to buy a computer of our requirements with as much as we can afford. Example:
Buying a Pentium IV based system costs
around $850.
